Assistant Professor - Eindhoven University of Technology
Welcome! I am working at the Department of Applied Physics at Eindhoven University of Technology. My research field is fluid dynamics, with a focus on capillary flow phenomena. Key topics include droplet dynamics, evaporation-driven self-assembly, liquid fragmentation and laser-liquid interaction. I study different types of liquids, ranging from water to liquid metals to biofluids such as bacteria suspensions. By combining theory, experiments and numerics I address fundamental fluid physics problems that find their application in industry, biology and health.
